(Troværdighed: 3). ;I have found three contradicting dates for their wedding. In the family tree on page XVI of his autobiography, it says 14 Aug 1997, Salt Lake City, UT. On page 90, it says August 4, 1994. In his obituary, it says 1994, and in the Church News article about him and Ruth, (http://www.ldschurchnewsarchive.com/articles/44211/Alzheimers-disease-Fighting-a-battle-to-remember.html), it says 6 August 1994. I would say 6 August 1994 is the safest bet since 1994 is the most consistent year, there's no question about August, and his memory was sharpest when he told the Church reporter it was August 6.
